Organization and Technical support for a conference in the main hall of Skolkovo, with parallel preparation of the evening program in the expo zone
Story:
Project Objective:
Organization and execution of the conference, considering strict venue requirements and providing technical support.
Technologies Used and Achievements:
Organization of internet broadcasting and technical support for panel sessions in 8 small halls.
Compliance with strict weight limitations and other venue conditions.
Challenges and Solutions:
Due to strict weight limitations that the surfaces could support, we designed the stage with all constraints in mind.
The venue required the largest set of project documentation in Moscow within limited time frames and in strict accordance with their internal standards, which we successfully completed.
To maintain a neat appearance, we integrated all preview screens and stage monitors under the stage border.
For the successful execution of parallel programs, we efficiently planned and coordinated the work of a team of over 100 people.
