My Role:
A Corporate Event on Cyprus for 600 participants.
Story:
Project Objective:
Design and execute a stage setup for a corporate event with a Las Vegas theme, featuring artists from Germany and the UK, within a limited timeframe and budget.
Challenges and Solutions:
We faced budget constraints and a tight timeline, with no technical design or planning in place. During negotiations, it became clear that the current contractor could not meet the requirements, compounded by the limited local market and few alternatives.
Successfully adapted all technical solutions to address a significant budget reduction.
Given the situation, we remained flexible and swiftly switched to a more capable contractor. This adaptability ensured the successful execution of the project, tailored to the available equipment and specific needs of the event.
